The invention discloses a high-silicon tailing-based cementing material, which comprises 55-65 wt% of high-silicon tailings and 35-45 wt% of a coagulation accelerating activator, the high-silicon tailings are tailings left after sulfur separation and enrichment of cyanidation tailings, and the coagulation accelerating activator comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25 wt% of gypsum and 10-20 wt% of a reinforcing agent in the slag-based fine tailing cementing material. According to the material, the high-silicon tailings are used as main raw materials, comprehensive utilization of the cyanidation tailings can be achieved, waste is turned into wealth, and the cost is low; the raw materials used in the material are convenient to obtain, the preparation process is simple, sintering is not needed, the material can be obtained at normal temperature, and no waste gas or waste residue is discharged; the filling material can form better affinity with filling aggregate, is uniformly distributed in a filling body, can realize high-concentration conveying of filling slurry, and can realize mass filling of tailings.
