The invention provides an ester curing water glass slurry and a preparation method thereof, glyceryl triacetate is added into a water glass solution, the hydrolysis characteristic of glyceryl triacetate is utilized to gradually generate acetic acid and polyhydric alcohol (ethylene triol), and the hydrophilicity of the polyhydric alcohol can absorb a part of water. Acetic acid reacts with sodium silicate to continuously generate sodium acetate and silicic acid, and meanwhile, glyceryl triacetate is promoted to hydrolyze. When the slurry reaches the concentration-modulus limit condition, the slurry begins to solidify and condense even if a sodium water glass solution which does not participate in the reaction exists in the solution. When the water glass slurry is used for reinforcing the silty-fine sand, the surface of loose sand grains is wrapped and covered by the slurry due to the consolidation characteristic of the water glass slurry to form a whole, so that the impermeability and the stability of the silty-fine sand are enhanced, and the engineering problem that a silty-fine sand layer is easy to disintegrate and collapse after being disturbed by water in the construction process is solved.
本发明提供了一种加酯固化水玻璃浆液及其制备方法,通过在水玻璃溶液中加入三乙酸甘油酯,利用三乙酸甘油酯的水解特性,逐渐生成醋酸与多元醇(乙三醇),多元醇的亲水性会吸收一部分水分。醋酸与硅酸钠反应,不断生成醋酸钠与硅酸,同时促进三乙酸甘油酯水解。当浆液达到浓度‑模数界限条件后,即使溶液中存有未参与反应的钠水玻璃溶液,浆液开始固化凝结。用于粉细砂加固时水玻璃浆液的固结特性会使得松散的砂粒表面被浆液包裹覆盖,形成一个整体,进而增强粉细砂的抗渗性与稳定性,从而解决施工过程中粉细砂层遇水扰动后易崩解、垮塌的工程问题。
