The construction method has the advantages that the secondary structure and the insulation board are constructed synchronously, work tasks of three procedures can be completed in one procedure, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the labor cost is reduced, meanwhile, repeated high-altitude operation of constructors is avoided, and the safety risk is reduced.
