The invention belongs to the technical field of assembly plates, and particularly relates to an assembly type building component which comprises a base body, and the base body is a prefabricated plate filled with a heat preservation material in the middle. The building assembly is installed on the base bodies, and the building assembly is used for splicing the multiple base bodies; and the bridging assembly is installed between the base bodies, the bridging assembly is used for communicating the outer frame with the inner frame, and the bridging assembly is used for changing the heat conduction efficiency between the inner frame and the outer frame. By arranging the bridging assembly, connection and disconnection of the outer frame and the inner frame are achieved through injection and drainage of external water flow; in the actual use process, the heat conduction performance of the components can be flexibly adjusted according to the specific conditions of the environment where the components are located and the indoor environment, and then the use comfort and the energy-saving performance of the built fabricated building are enhanced.
