The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering construction, and discloses a design method of a movable construction platform used in a tall and large factory building and the construction platform. The design method comprises the steps of determining the working load, determining the walking path, determining the size, designing and checking the structure, and machining and testing the movable construction platform. A working platform is arranged above the construction platform, and a working vehicle is placed on the top surface; the four corners of the lower portion are each fixedly provided with a supporting piece, each supporting piece comprises a steering wheel, a base and a lifting hydraulic cylinder which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, and base connecting profile steel and reinforcing steel are fixedly connected between every two adjacent lifting hydraulic cylinders; a control system used for controlling steering of the steering wheels and synchronous lifting of the lifting hydraulic cylinders is further arranged. According to the design method, the requirement for cross construction in the tall and large factory building is considered, and technical parameters of all modules are determined through a modular design method. The movable construction platform is high in safety, small in occupied area and convenient to move, and the on-site construction efficiency in the tall and large factory building is improved.
