The invention relates to a concrete pavement for realizing piezoelectric enhanced photocatalysis, which structurally comprises a basic pavement, a wheel track distribution zone is arranged on the basic pavement, and a lower metal net, a piezoelectric material layer, an upper metal net and a post-cast concrete layer are sequentially arranged in the concave step-shaped wheel track distribution zone from bottom to top; a titanium dioxide conductive photocatalytic coating is coated on the basic pavement outside the wheel track distribution zone, a plurality of wire channels are arranged at the junction of the titanium dioxide conductive photocatalytic coating and the post-cast concrete layer, and metal wires are arranged at the upper ports of the penetrating wire channels; the metal wires penetrate through the wire channels through wires to be connected to the upper metal net and the lower metal net, and the upper metal net and the lower metal net are connected with the piezoelectric material layer in an exposed mode. The invention further relates to a concrete pavement manufacturing method. According to the concrete pavement and the manufacturing method, photocatalysis and piezoelectricity are combined to realize piezoelectricity enhanced photocatalysis, automobile exhaust can be quickly degraded, and preliminary purification of air is realized.
本发明涉及到一种实现压电增强光催化的混凝土路面,其结构包括基础路面,在基础路面上设有轮迹分布带区域,内凹台阶状的轮迹分布带区域中从底部向上依次设置有下金属网、压电材料层、上金属网和后浇混凝土层,在轮迹分布带区域外的基础路面上涂布有二氧化钛导电光催化涂层,在二氧化钛导电光催化涂层与后浇混凝土层交界处设有多个导线通道,贯穿的导线通道的上端口处设有金属丝,该金属丝通过导线穿过导线通道连接至上金属网和下金属网上,上金属网和下金属网分别与压电材料层裸露连接;还涉及到混凝土路面制作方法。本发明的混凝土路面及制作方法通过光催化和压电结合来实现压电增强光催化,能够快速降解汽车尾气,实现空气初步净化。
