Prestress equal-force tensioning system
According to the prestress equal-force tensioning system, tensioning acting force is applied to each anchor cable beam achieving equal-force tensioning through the independent oil cylinder of the anchor cable beam, and therefore the equal-force tensioning effect among multiple steel strands of the whole anchor cable is achieved; the design purposes that the tensioning force is equal to the prestress, and it is ensured that anchor cable tensioning construction meets corresponding standard specifications and construction requirements are achieved. The prestress equal-force tensioning system comprises an equal-force tensioning device and an oil pump communicated with the equal-force tensioning device through a circulating oil way, and the anchor cable extends into and is connected to the equal-force tensioning device; the equal-force tensioning device comprises a jacking structure, a stroke cavity, a jack and a working anchor which are sequentially connected in the tensioning direction. The stroke cavity is provided with a stroke cavity shell, the front portions of a plurality of front clamping type pistons are located in the stroke cavity shell and clamp the steel strand so as to move in an inner cavity of the stroke cavity in a reciprocating mode, and front clamps and transmission rings are arranged at the front ends of cavities of the front clamping type pistons.
本发明所述的预应力等力张拉系统,针对实现等力张拉的每束锚索均通过其独立的油缸进行张拉作用力施加,从而达到整个锚索多束钢绞线之间的等力张拉效果,达到张拉力等于预应力、确保锚索张拉施工符合相应标准规范与施工需求的设计目的。预应力等力张拉系统包括等力张拉装置、以及与等力张拉装置通过循环油路连通的油泵,锚索伸入连接至等力张拉装置中;所述的等力张拉装置包括沿张拉方向依次连接的顶压结构、行程腔、千斤顶和工作锚;所述的行程腔具有行程腔外壳,数个前卡式活塞的前部位于行程腔外壳中并夹紧钢绞线以在行程腔内腔中往复移动,前卡式活塞的空腔前端设置有前卡和传动环。
