Construction method of deep foundation pit close to subway shallow tunnel in karst development area
The invention discloses a construction method of a deep foundation pit adjacent to a metro shallow tunnel in a karst development area, which comprises the following steps of: before construction, performing advanced drilling on each engineering pile, performing comprehensive investigation on the distribution condition of karst caves in the construction area by using a tube wave method and a cross-hole CT (Computed Tomography) method, and establishing a three-dimensional visual model of the distribution of the karst caves in an underground space; based on the three-dimensional visual model, a row of three-axis stirring piles are distributed on the two sides of the subway, and the three-axis stirring piles are used for forming a waterproof curtain; back-row support piles are arranged on the sides, close to the metro, of the three-axis stirring piles, and front-row support piles are arranged on the sides, away from the metro, of the three-axis stirring piles; the back-row supporting piles and the front-row supporting piles are integrated through top beams. Connecting plates are arranged between the rear-row supporting piles and the front-row supporting piles, so that a portal frame type supporting structure is formed; a prestressed steel strand is tensioned between the two portal support structures; foundation pits are excavated on the two sides of a subway through a center island method, and angle braces are arranged at the four corners in the foundation pits.
本发明公开一种岩溶发育地区紧邻地铁浅隧的深基坑施工方法,包括如下步骤:施工前对每根工程桩进行超前钻,利用管波法和跨孔CT法对施工区域内的溶洞分布情况进行全面勘察,建立溶洞在地下空间分布的三维可视化模型;基于该三维可视化模型,在地铁的两侧分布设置一排三轴搅拌桩,利用三轴搅拌桩形成止水帷幕;于三轴搅拌桩靠近地铁的一侧设置后排支护桩,于三轴搅拌桩远离地铁的一侧设置前排支护桩;各后排支护桩之间、各前排支护桩之间均通过冠梁形成一体;后排支护桩与前排支护桩之间设置连系板,从而形成门架式支护结构;在两个门架式支护结构之间张拉预应力钢绞线;采用中心岛法在地铁的两侧开挖基坑,在基坑内的四角位置设置角撑。
