The device is convenient to operate and accurate in data test, test materials can be repeatedly utilized, the advantages of centrifugal tests can be exerted to well simulate the ocean rock and soil environment, the complex ocean conditions where the pile foundation is located can be simulated, research is conducted on complex loads borne by the pile foundation along with time and space changes for a long time, and the test efficiency is improved.
