The invention discloses an embedded steel skeleton construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, processing a steel skeleton, and fixing a plurality of brackets at one end of the steel skeleton in advance; s2, the steel framework is hoisted to a target position, a formwork is built on the peripheral side of the steel framework, concrete is poured, the concrete is poured to be higher than the bracket, a concrete column is formed, and the end of the bracket extends out of the concrete column; and S3, the steel structures are connected to the brackets on the steel frameworks. According to the embedded type steel framework construction method, the multiple brackets are fixed to the end of the steel framework in advance, concrete can be directly poured to the top of the steel framework at a time conveniently during construction, and the brackets are exposed out of the concrete and can be conveniently connected with a steel structure. The concrete on the steel framework is formed through one-time pouring, the structural integrity is good, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
