The invention discloses a use method of a modular construction hole protection system, a hole protection device, a plurality of sensors, a data acquisition and emission device and a control system are adopted, each bearing combined rod piece comprises a horizontally arranged connector and two bearing parts, the two bearing parts are movably connected to the two ends of the connector, and the two bearing parts are connected with the control system. Each bearing part comprises a bearing rod, an upper opening limiting piece and a lower opening limiting piece, the length of the corresponding bearing combined rod piece can be adjusted by rotating the connector, and the sensors are arranged between upper opening limiting horizontal rods of the bearing combined rod pieces located at the four corner positions of a hole and a floor respectively. The sensors are connected with the data collecting and transmitting device, and the data collecting and transmitting device can send information collected by the sensors to the control system for displacement monitoring of the hole protection device, so that falling injury and falling risks of constructors caused by displacement of the hole protection device are effectively avoided.
