The invention discloses a reinforcing construction method for the rotten column root of a bearing wooden column. The reinforcing construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, wood beams and columns on the periphery of the bearing wooden column with the rotten column root are supported, dragged and replaced; secondly, the periphery of the wooden column is supported; 3, deeply digging a pilot tunnel along one side of the wooden column; fourthly, the rotten part of the column root of the wooden column is sawed away through the pilot tunnel; fifthly, the bottoms of the wooden columns are supported; 6, pouring an early strength grouting material into the pilot tunnel; and seventhly, the wood pile is fixed to the ground through two semi-cylindrical steel sleeves, then early strength grouting materials are poured, and the bearing wood column with the decayed column root is reinforced. According to the method, the decayed position of the column root is exposed by deeply digging the pilot tunnel and is sawn off, a space is provided for subsequent construction, the wooden column is supported again by supporting the bottom of the sawn-off wooden column, the supporting strength is guaranteed by pouring the early-strength grouting material, the two semi-cylindrical steel sleeves are adopted to be fixed to the ground, and the construction efficiency is improved. The reinforcing strength is further guaranteed, and the original structure is not affected to the maximum extent.
