The invention discloses a tenon-and-mortise combined reinforced wooden beam column structure which comprises a wooden beam and a wooden column. The front end of the beam column is provided with a mortise and tenon joint, the beam column mortise and tenon joint is provided with a beam column mortise and tenon joint port, and the side face of the column end is provided with a wedge hole; the upper column and the lower column are connected in a reinforced mode through the beam end mortise and tenon joint portion after being in mortise joint, the lower half portion of the wood beam is fixed in a mortise joint mode through reserved mortises, the upper half portion of the wood beam is fixed in the mode that the reserved mortises and wedges are inserted in, and therefore the beam and the columns can be fixed in a matched mode to achieve mortise and tenon type connection. According to the structure, the cross beams, the upper column and the lower column are combined into a whole through the mortise and tenon joint beam column joints. Through combined mortise and tenon connection, the whole structure is stable, the canopy tenons and the wedges are easy and convenient to machine, factory volume production is achieved, the workload is reduced, rapid assembly can be achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
