The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a base is manufactured, a buffering cushion is placed in an inner cavity or on the upper side of the base, and the buffering cushion is connected with an external air source pipe; two same shaft seats are manufactured and connected to the two sides of the base, and shafts used for being connected with the two doors in a pivoted mode are arranged on the two shaft seats in a penetrating mode; two same stand columns are manufactured, the bottoms of the stand columns are installed on the base, the two stand columns correspond to each other, the upper portions of the stand columns are connected with and support the transmission pipe, the inner walls serve as a part of the inner cavity wall of the transceiver, and the side portions are sealing faces; two identical doors are manufactured and installed on the two shaft seats in a pivoted mode, the side faces of the doors are matched and sealed with the sealing faces of the two stand columns, the inner walls of the two doors are one part of the inner cavity wall of the transceiver and are combined with the two stand columns to form a unified complete circumferential face of the inner cavity wall, the upper portions of the two doors are matched with the conveying pipe in a sealed mode, and the lower portions of the two doors are matched with the corresponding shaft seats in a sealed mode. According to the manufacturing method of the double-door pneumatic transceiver, standardized manufacturing is achieved, the manufacturing steps can be simplified, and the interchangeability can be improved.
本发明公开一种双开门气动接发器制作方法,包括以下步骤:制作基座,基座内腔或上侧放置缓冲垫,缓冲垫连接外接气源管;制作相同的两轴座,连接设置在基座的两侧,两轴座上穿设用于枢转连接两开门的轴;制作相同的两立柱,底部安装在基座上,两立柱相互对应,上部连接支撑传输管,内壁作为接发器内腔壁的一部分,侧部为密封面;制作相同的两开门,枢转安装在两轴座上,且侧面与两立柱的密封面配合密封,两开门内壁为接发器内腔壁的一部分,并与两立柱结合形成统一的内腔壁的完整圆周面,两开门上部与传输管密封配合,下部与对应的轴座密封配合。本发明的双开门气动接发器制作方法,标准化制作,不但可以简化制作步骤,还可以提高互换性。
