The invention provides a door body assembly and a refrigerator. The door body assembly comprises a fixing plate. The overturning beam is hinged to the fixing plate, and a sliding groove is formed in the overturning beam; the first sliding block is hinged to the fixing plate, and the first sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode; and the driving mechanism is arranged on the fixing plate, and the driving mechanism can drive the overturning beam to move. According to the door body assembly and the refrigerator, the sliding groove is formed in the overturning beam, the first sliding block slides in the sliding groove to limit movement of the overturning beam, large noise caused by direct collision between the door body and the refrigerator body is avoided, meanwhile, the driving mechanism is arranged and can correspondingly drive the door body according to the action of the door body, and therefore the door body assembly is more convenient to use. The overturning beam can adapt to rotation of the door body, noise caused by collision between the door body and the overturning beam is avoided, it is guaranteed that rotation of the door body is reliable, and user experience is improved.
