The invention discloses a shower and a water channel main body, and the shower comprises a water channel part which is provided with a first water inlet, a second water inlet, a first flow channel, a second flow channel, a third flow channel, a fourth flow channel and a plurality of water outlets; the first mounting part is connected to the water channel part and is provided with a mixed water cavity for mounting a constant-temperature valve core; the second mounting part is connected to the water channel part and is provided with a main control water cavity for mounting a quick-opening valve core; the third mounting parts are connected to the water channel part and provided with water distribution cavities used for mounting switch valve elements; the water channel body is of an integrally-formed structure. The water channel body is simple in structure, good in sealing performance, high in manufacturing efficiency and low in manufacturing cost.
