The invention discloses a fair-faced concrete veneer integrated board and a preparation method thereof. The integrated board is formed by compositing a base board layer and a bare concrete facing layer, the thickness of the base board layer is 6-9 mm, the thickness of the bare concrete facing layer is 2-4 mm, and ground vitrified microbead particles are distributed on the bare concrete facing layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: flatly paving a PVC hard sheet, uniformly spraying a water-based release agent, fixing four edges of the substrate layer by using a metal frame, uniformly brushing synthetic lubricating oil on the surface, pouring bare concrete slurry, uniformly spreading, rolling on the PVC hard sheet from one end to the other end at a constant speed by adopting a gravity balance pipe, and uniformly coating the surface with synthetic lubricating oil. And hardening, removing the PVC hard sheet, removing the four edge strips of the metal frame, curing and drying to obtain the fair-faced concrete veneer integrated board. While providing a fair-faced concrete decoration effect, the light weight of the whole veneer integrated board is realized.
本发明公开了一种清水混凝土饰面集成板及其制备方法。集成板由基板层和清水混凝土饰面层复合构成，基板层厚度为6～9毫米，清水混凝土饰面层厚度为2～4毫米，分布有粉磨玻化微珠颗粒。制备方法包括，将PVC硬片平铺后均匀喷涂水性脱模剂，用金属边框固定基板层的四条边，表面均匀地涂刷合成润滑油，倒入清水混凝土浆料，分摊均匀，采用重力平衡管在PVC硬片之上由一端匀速地滚动至另一端，经硬化、揭除PVC硬片、拆除金属边框的四根边条、养护、干燥后即得清水混凝土饰面集成板。本发明在提供清水混凝土装饰效果的同时，实现了整个饰面集成板的轻质化。
