After the battery pack hanging plate is connected with the quick-change hook, the first driving device is started again, the battery pack hanging plate is connected with the quick-change base through the second driving device after the battery pack rotates to the horizontal state, and finally the battery pack is replaced, so that the battery pack is replaced more conveniently and quickly.
