The overwater multipurpose pile driver comprises a rack platform system, a truss type combined tower, a jacking oil cylinder, a telescopic supporting rod system and a power head. The truss type combined tower is adopted, wind resistance is greatly reduced, the stability of the ship body for overwater operation is very good, and the pile driver and the ship body are not prone to overturning. And when a drill rod or a drill bit is buried and an underground obstacle is encountered, the bow high-pressure jet grouting pile can be used for conveniently and quickly treating. In a typhoon season, the tower of the pile driver can be horizontally laid to a pile driving platform without the help of a lifting boat, the height is lower than 10 m, and the pile driver can easily pass through a bridge, culvert and tunnel.
