The invention discloses a method for preparing beta-semi-hydrated gypsum and anhydrite through gypsum step-by-step fluid roasting, and belongs to the technical field of gypsum fluid roasting. According to the method, a low-temperature fluid roasting procedure and a high-temperature fluid roasting procedure are adopted, and beta-semi-hydrated gypsum and anhydrite are prepared through step-by-step fluid roasting of gypsum. Partial crystal water in the gypsum is removed through one-step roasting, and a beta-semi-hydrated gypsum product is prepared; all crystal water in the beta-semi-hydrated gypsum is removed through two-step dehydration roasting, and an anhydrite product (type II anhydrous gypsum) is produced. The process can realize accurate regulation and control of crystal form transformation in the gypsum roasting process, has the advantages of low energy consumption of equipment, small occupied area and high operation rate, can be used for preparing two industrial products, namely beta-semi-hydrated gypsum and anhydrite at the same time, and can be adjusted according to requirements. The process can also be used for treating desulfurized gypsum, fluorgypsum, titanium gypsum and the like.
