Anticorrosive coating for nodular cast iron pipe and method for preparing anticorrosive coating by using anticorrosive coating
The invention relates to the field of coating materials, and particularly discloses a nodular cast iron pipe anti-corrosion coating and a method for preparing the anti-corrosion coating through the nodular cast iron pipe anti-corrosion coating, and the anti-corrosion coating comprises a connecting layer and a mortar layer. The connecting layer is an epoxy resin coating or a glass fiber gridding cloth layer; the mortar layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 120 parts of cement, 80 to 200 parts of sand, 0.05 to 0.5 part of thickening dispersant, 0.5 to 2 parts of fiber, 0.1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of thixotropic lubricant and 20 to 40 parts of water. Through the synergistic effect of all the components, the anti-corrosion coating has the excellent performance of chemical corrosion resistance, permeation resistance, durability, acid and alkali resistance and the like. The anticorrosive coating is simple in preparation method, high in production efficiency, long in service life and low in cost, and meets the production and use requirements.
