The molar ratio a is greater than or equal to 12% and less than or equal to 16%; 65% < = b < = 70%; 10% < = c < = 13%; 1% < = d < = 3%; 2% < = e < = 5%; 0.1% < = e < = 1%. 本发明是一种MLCC用高介电常数低损耗微波介质陶瓷及其制备方法,化学组成式为aBaO‑bTiO2‑cSm2O3‑dBi2O3‑eLa2O3‑fMnO2。其中a、b、c、d、e、f为摩尔比例含量,烧结温度为1300‑1350℃。其摩尔比例为12%≤a≤16%;65%≤b≤70%;10%≤c≤13%;1%≤d≤3%;2%≤e≤5%;0.1%≤e≤1%。本发明的优点:组成和制备方法设计合理,所得微波介质陶瓷材料微波性能良好,介电常数为100±5,介质损耗≤0.03%,电容温度系数TCC≤±30ppm/℃。且制备方法操作简单,重复性好,对设备要求低,十分适合推广使用。
