The invention discloses a graphite silicon fire-resistant heat-insulating plate and a preparation process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of air duct fire-resistant heat-insulating plates. The fireproof heat insulation plate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 to 5 parts of alumina fiber, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of kaolin ground powder, 1 to 3 parts of silicon dioxide particles, 5 to 8 parts of water, 0.1 to 0.3 part of wood fiber, 0.5 to 2 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate, 1 to 2 parts of polycarboxylate and 0.2 to 0.8 part of graphite powder. According to the invention, graphite silicon, which is a high-temperature-resistant, erosion-resistant and good-thermal-conductivity material, is applied to the fireproof heat-insulating plate of the air duct to form a novel fireproof material which is light in weight and high in fireproof temperature, so that the defects that a silicate fireproof plate is heavy in weight and poor in heat-insulating property are overcome; the defects that flexible refractory materials such as rock wool and aluminum silicate wool are low in strength, fibers are prone to falling off and the like are overcome, and the requirement of new smoke regulations for the fire endurance of the smoke prevention and exhaust air pipe can be met.
