The invention relates to a construction method of a variable cross-section special-shaped steel tower crown mounting device. The construction method comprises the following construction steps: splicing an inner support type pouring template; accurately pre-embedding a bracket and constructing an I-steel stiff framework; assembling a shaped jig frame for precisely processing the steel tower crown; processing a steel tower crown; mounting a hoop auxiliary positioning device; assembling a steel tower crown hoisting bracket; hoisting the steel tower crown; constructing a steel-concrete combined section and a steel tower crown; constructing a lifting telescopic construction platform system in the tower crown; and constructing inside the steel tower crown. The shaping jig frame is adopted for machining the steel tower crown, assembling is convenient, and the installation precision and the construction efficiency are improved; the steel tower crown is hoisted by adopting an inner supporting bottom hoisting bracket, so that the hoisting deformation of the steel tower crown is avoided, and the construction quality of the tower crown is improved; and an adjustable construction platform system is adopted for construction in the steel tower crown, dismounting and mounting are convenient, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and wide application prospects are achieved.
