The invention discloses a road guardrail pile positioning and mounting device which comprises sleeves with through lower ends, the two sleeves are connected together through a connecting rod assembly, pressing blocks are arranged in the sleeves in a sliding mode, hydraulic devices are arranged on the sleeves, and the hydraulic devices can adjust the positions of the pressing blocks. A side opening through which a guardrail pile can pass is formed in the side wall of the sleeve, and a plurality of supports are arranged on the outer wall of the sleeve. Compared with the prior art, the installation distance and angle of the guardrail pile at the bend are more accurate, and errors and unnecessary adjustment are reduced.
