The method comprises the steps that firstly, the ground of a construction area is cleaned and leveled; step 2, marking the position of a first tamping point according to a construction drawing, and numbering each tamping point; thirdly, a plurality of drainage pipes are laid in a non-ramming-point area of the construction area at intervals, the upper portions of the drainage pipes are leveled, and the elevation of the construction area is measured; fourthly, the crane and the high tower type fog gun machine are arranged at the corresponding positions of a ramming point, and the top elevation of a rammer is measured; 5, the high tower type fog gun machine is started, the rammer is lifted to the preset height, an unhooking device is started, after the rammer is unhooked and freely falls, a lifting hook is put down, and the height of the top of the rammer is measured; sixthly, the seventh step is repeated till the ramming frequency and the control standard of the ramming point meet the requirements; the problem that in the prior art, the dynamic compaction quality can be reduced when water mist is sprayed to a compaction point is solved.
