The invention relates to a soil nail which comprises a soil nail shell and a soil nail inner core, the soil nail shell comprises two first side plates, a second side plate, a quadrangular nail head and a pointed end connected to one end of the nail head, and the two first side plates are hinged to the two opposite sides of the nail head in a one-to-one correspondence mode through first hinge shafts parallel to the first side plates; the number of the second side plates is two, the two second side plates are hinged to the two first side plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode through second hinged shafts, a square containing hole is defined by the two first side plates and the two second side plates, the soil nail inner core is arranged in the containing hole in a pluggable and penetrating mode, and the end, away from the containing hole, of the soil nail inner core extends out of the containing hole. The first side plate can rotate towards the interior of the containing hole with the second hinge shaft as the axis, and the second side plate can rotate towards the interior of the containing hole with the second hinge shaft as the axis. The invention further provides a soil nail pulling-out machine which is used for pulling out the inner core of the soil nail. According to the soil nail, labor is saved when the soil nail is pulled out, and the problem that labor is wasted when an existing soil nail is pulled out is solved.
