The invention belongs to the technical field of dam construction, and particularly relates to a dam step type roller compacted concrete rollover structure which comprises two formwork bodies, the two formwork bodies are connected through a connecting mechanism, two supporting rods are fixedly connected to the side walls of the formwork bodies, and the supporting rod located on the lower side is of a cylindrical structure. After concrete is poured for a period of time and the outer surface of the concrete is solidified, a cavity is formed between the concrete and the formwork, the ventilation capacity of the surface of the concrete is improved, the solidification speed of the concrete is increased, the contact area between the formwork and the concrete is reduced, and the adhesive force between the formwork and the concrete is reduced; and after the concrete is poured, the overall solidification condition of the concrete can be automatically detected, and after the concrete is solidified, water is sprayed to achieve the effects of curing the concrete and reducing the adhesive force, and meanwhile, the worker is reminded to turn over the formwork.
本发明属于大坝建造技术领域,尤其是涉及大坝台阶式碾压混凝土翻模结构,包括两个模板本体,两个所述模板本体通过连接机构进行连接,所述模板本体的侧壁固定连接有两根支撑杆,位于下侧所述支撑杆为筒状结构。本发明能够在浇筑好混凝土一段时间后,等待混凝土外表面凝固后,使混凝土和模板之间形成空腔,提高了混凝土表面的通风能力,使混凝土凝固速度加快,并且减少了模板和混凝土之间的接触面积,降低了模板和混凝土之间的粘附力,方便操作人员进行翻模和能够在混凝土浇筑好后,自动检测混凝土整体的凝固情况,当混凝土凝固后,一边进行喷水,达到养护混凝土,降低粘附力的作用,一边提醒工作人员进行翻模。
