The invention discloses an outdoor water supply and drainage system pipeline installation method which comprises the following steps: a, measuring the center line of a pipeline, nailing wood piles at the centers of a starting point, an end point, a branch point, a grade change point and a turning point, measuring the elevation of each center pile, and arranging a gantry plate; b, nailing three nails on the top surface of the plate, wherein the middle nail is a pipe ditch center line; two strings are pulled on the two side line nails respectively, and lime is scattered along the strings to form side lines; c, a groove is excavated, the bottom of the groove needs to be excavated by 200 mm or above, and the coordinates of the pipe groove and the elevation of the bottom of the groove are checked before pipe laying; and d, pipe defects are checked at a pipe stacking site, impurities on the inner side and the outer side of a pipe bell and spigot are cleared away, the pipes are conveyed to a construction site, the pipes are arranged on the ditch edge one by one, and the pipe bell and spigot faces the water inflow direction. By means of the installation method, improper assembly generated in the installation process can be effectively solved, the leakage phenomenon after installation can be effectively reduced, and the anti-corrosion performance of the drainage system can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种室外给排水系统管道安装方法，包括以下步骤：a：测出管道的中心线，在起点、终点、分支点、变坡点、转弯点的中心钉上木桩，在各中心桩处测出其标高并设置龙门板；b：板顶面钉三颗钉，中间一颗为管沟中心线；其余两颗为边线，在两边线钉上各拉一细绳，沿绳撒上石灰制成边线；c：开挖沟槽，沟底应挖出200mm以上，铺管之前检查管沟的坐标，沟底标高；d：在管材堆放地点检查管材缺陷，将管材承插口内侧和外侧的杂志清理掉，将管材运至施工现场，一根接一根排放于沟边，使管材承插口向着来水方向。通过本发明的安装方法可以有效解决安装过程中产生的装配不当，可以有效减少安装好后的渗漏现象，可大大提高排水系统的防腐蚀性能。
