Fabricated steel tenon and wood mortise combined joint and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the field of wood building construction, and discloses an assembly type steel tenon and wood mortise combined node which comprises a lower wood column, an upper wood column, tenon and mortise type steel filling plates, a rectangular wood beam, plane-section steel filling plates and L-shaped steel connecting pieces, and the tenon and mortise type steel filling plates are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the rectangular wood beam; the rectangular wood beams are connected between the lower wood column and the upper wood column through tenon-and-mortise type steel filling plates, the lower wood column and the upper wood column are provided with two flat-section steel filling plates, L-shaped steel connecting pieces are arranged between the two rectangular wood beams, the L-shaped steel connecting pieces are connected with the corresponding L-shaped steel connecting pieces through bolts, and the two L-shaped steel connecting pieces are connected through bolts. The steel component is adopted as a mortise and tenon connecting piece of the wood joint, material damage caused by slotting of a traditional wood mortise and tenon joint on the wood component is reduced, accordingly, the mechanical property of the joint is improved, meanwhile, damage detection and repeated mounting and dismounting are facilitated through the joint form, and green recycling of a wood structure building is facilitated.
本发明涉及木建筑构造领域,且公开了一种装配式钢榫木卯组合节点,包括下木柱、上木柱、榫卯式钢填板、矩形木梁、平截面钢填板以及L型钢连接件,榫卯式钢填板设置在矩形木梁的上下两侧,所述矩形木梁通过榫卯式钢填板连接在下木柱与上木柱之间,下木柱以及上木柱上设置有两个平截面钢填板,两个所述矩形木梁之间设置有L型钢连接件,L型钢连接件与对应的L型钢连接件通过螺栓连接,本发明采用钢构件作为木节点的榫卯连接件,减少了传统木榫卯节点对木构件需要开槽所造成的材料损伤,从而改善节点的力学性能,同时,该节点形式便于损伤检测和重复安装拆卸,有利于木结构建筑的绿色循环使用。
