The invention discloses a large-damping automobile hinge which comprises a first hinge body, a second hinge body and a third hinge body, a bearing plate is formed on one side of the first hinge body, a first shaft hole is formed in the bearing plate, and a first hinge shaft is rotatably inserted into the first shaft hole; the hinge arm is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other, the first end of the hinge arm is connected with a shaft sleeve, the first hinge shaft is rotatably sleeved with the shaft sleeve, and the thickness of the side wall of the shaft sleeve is gradually increased in the circumferential direction of the shaft sleeve; the damping plate is elastically mounted on the supporting plate and is pressed against the side wall of the shaft sleeve; and the second hinge is mounted at the second end of the hinge arm. The problem that the torque of an existing automobile hinge is small is solved.
