The movable sun-shading photovoltaic panel comprises a photovoltaic panel; the mounting plates are located on the two sides of the photovoltaic panel, and first long-strip-shaped holes are formed in the side walls of the mounting plates; the power mechanism is fixed to the end face of the mounting plate and comprises an electric cylinder, and the action end of the electric cylinder conducts stretching/retracting movement in the vertical direction; the actuating mechanism comprises a crank rocker arm and a connecting shaft for connecting the crank rocker arm with the action end, the non-end part of the crank rocker arm is rotationally connected with the side wall of the mounting plate through a bearing seat, a second long-strip hole penetrating through the crank rocker arm is formed in the end part of the crank rocker arm, and the connecting shaft extends into the second long-strip hole and is in sliding connection with the second long-strip hole; the side edge of the photovoltaic panel is provided with a sliding pin which penetrates through the first long-strip-shaped hole and is arranged in a sliding mode with the first long-strip-shaped hole, and a rotating pin hinged to the end of the crank rocker arm. According to the photovoltaic panel arranged in the mode, the angle can be adjusted according to the incident angle of sunlight, so that the light energy utilization rate of the photovoltaic panel is increased, and the sun-shading effect can be achieved while photovoltaic power generation is conducted.
