The device comprises a water tank assembly, a conveying pipeline and a spraying assembly which are installed along an excavator body and further comprises a power assembly, the power assembly comprises a power box and a gas storage box, and two piston discs are arranged in the power box; the piston discs divide the interior of the power box into a middle cavity and two side cavities, the two piston discs are both connected with push-pull rods, the two push-pull rods movably stretch out of the two side cavities and then are hinged to the large movable arm and the small movable arm respectively, and the middle cavity and the side cavities are each provided with a one-way valve inlet and a one-way valve outlet. Inlets of the one-way valves are communicated with the outside atmosphere, outlets of the one-way valves are communicated with the air storage box through pipelines, and an air spraying opening is formed in the air storage box and communicated with an air source connector of the spraying assembly. The dedusting spraying device has the advantages of wide adaptability, automatic opening and closing, omission of an electric control system, low cost, practicability, convenience, safety, reliability and the like.
