The invention discloses a construction technical method for spraying anti-rust slurry on a steel reinforcement framework, which comprises the following steps of: A, hoisting the manufactured steel reinforcement framework into a storage area, and cleaning dust on the steel reinforcement framework; step B, preparing cement polymer resin antirust slurry; and step C, uniformly spraying the cement polymer resin anti-rust slurry on the steel reinforcement framework by using a spraying machine, and naturally airing. According to the invention, the cement slurry, the instant rubber powder and the accelerator are used as raw materials, and the ratio of the three raw materials is controlled within a specific range, so that the cement polymer resin antirust slurry is prepared; the cement polymer resin antirust slurry is sprayed onto a reinforcement cage, and the spraying thickness is controlled within the range of 0.5-1.0 mm, so that not only can the problem of corrosion of the reinforcement cage during storage be solved, but also the construction quality of the reinforcement cage can be optimized, and building materials can be saved.
本发明公开钢筋骨架喷涂防锈浆液的施工技术方法,包括如下步骤:步骤A:将制作好的钢筋骨架吊装置存放区,并清理钢筋骨架上的尘土;步骤B:配置水泥高分子树脂防锈浆液;步骤C:利用喷涂机将水泥高分子树脂防锈浆液均匀的喷涂在钢筋骨架上,自然晾干即可。本发明以水泥浆、速溶胶粉和速凝剂为原料,并控制三者配比在特定范围内,制备得到了水泥高分子树脂防锈浆液;将该水泥高分子树脂防锈浆液喷涂到钢筋骨架上,并控制其喷涂厚度在0.5‑1.0mm范围内,不但可以解决钢筋骨架存放锈蚀的问题,而且能够优化钢筋骨架施工质量,节约建筑材料。
