According to the technical scheme, the driving frame assembly, the outer supporting assembly and the limiting assembly are arranged, after the steel cable body is connected with the basket arch and hoisted, the driving frame assembly drives the outer supporting assembly to open the steel cable body outwards, on one hand, the steel cable body is tensioned, and the shaking amplitude of the basket arch during transferring is reduced; and on the other hand, the outer supporting assembly enables the basket arch to move upwards, the limiting assembly limits the basket arch, and the situation that the basket arch shakes in the transferring process is further reduced.
