The invention discloses a duct grouting material with low fluidity loss and a preparation method of the duct grouting material. The grouting material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45%-55% of cement, 15%-35% of a mineral admixture, 5%-20% of a rheological component, 8%-12% of an expansion component, 0.1%-0.3% of a water reducing component, 0.2%-0.5% of precipitated white carbon black, 0.003%-0.005% of a powder defoaming agent and 0.05%-0.2% of a coagulation regulating component. The grouting material provided by the invention can be continuously poured, and the fluidity of the grouting material is almost free of loss after being measured for 1 hour; and the grouting material also has the advantages of excellent mechanical property, capability of forming an organic whole with the interior of the duct, firm connection, no toxicity and harmlessness, convenience in construction and the like, can be used for highway and railway prestressed duct grouting engineering, and greatly improves the grouting efficiency of the grouting material.
本发明公开了一种低流动度损失的孔道压浆料及其制备方法,按照质量百分含量计,所述压浆料包括水泥45%‑55%、矿物掺合料:15%‑35%、流变组份5%‑20%、膨胀组份8%‑12%、减水组份0.1%‑0.3%、沉淀法白炭黑0.2%‑0.5%、粉体消泡剂0.003%‑0.005%、调凝组份0.05%‑0.2%。本发明提供的所述压浆料可连续灌注,经测定1小时流动度几乎无损失;其还具有力学性能优越、与孔道内能够形成有机整体、连接牢固、无毒无害、施工方便等优点,可用于公路、铁路预应力孔道压浆工程,大幅提高了压浆材料灌浆效率。
