Gypsum powder preparation process
The invention discloses a gypsum powder preparation process which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-100 parts of phosphogypsum, 15-25 parts of white Portland cement, 0.5-1.5 parts of sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin, 1-3 parts of peach gum, 5-15 parts of magnesium sulfate, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 2-5 parts of a thickening agent and 5-8 parts of a water reducing agent. The water reducing agent is one or more of lignosulfonate, a melamine water reducing agent, a water-soluble resin water reducing agent and a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The gypsum powder prepared through the preparation technology is simple in preparation technology and free of pollution, high-temperature heating is not needed in the preparation process, and therefore the production and operation cost can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种石膏粉制备工艺,包括以下质量份的原料制备而成:磷石膏50‑100份、白色硅酸盐水泥15‑25份、磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂0.5‑1.5份、桃胶1‑3份、硫酸镁5‑15份、高岭土5‑10份、增稠剂2‑5份、减水剂5‑8份,所述减水剂为木质素磺酸盐、密胺系减水剂、水溶性树脂减水剂、聚羧酸系减水剂中的一种或多种。通过该制备工艺,其制备得到的石膏粉,制备工艺简单,无污染,其在制备得到过程中,不需要进行高温加热,从而可以降低生产运营成本。
