The invention discloses a preparation method and application of magneto-optical transparent ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing nano powder, weighing 800 parts of terbium oxide (Tb2O3), 170 parts of yttrium oxide (Y2O3) and 40 parts of lanthanum oxide (La2O3), respectively dissolving in hot nitric acid, and fully mixing and stirring to obtain a mother solution; preparing a precipitant, measuring 1100 parts of ammonium bicarbonate and 1000 parts of ammonia water, mixing, and then taking out the precipitant in the mixed solution for later use; terbium oxide, yttrium oxide and lanthanum oxide are added into the nano-powder prepared by using a wet chemical coprecipitation method, so that the light transmittance of the product is improved, and meanwhile, the nano-powder prepared by using the wet chemical coprecipitation method is low in production cost, simple and easy to operate in equipment, free of sintering aids and dispersing agents, safe, environment-friendly, not easy to introduce impurities and easy for large-scale production; the preparation method has the advantages that large-size high-optical-quality transparent ceramic can be prepared, the prepared magneto-optical ceramic block is complete and free of cracks, the prepared magneto-optical transparent ceramic has better glossiness, and the yield of products is increased.
本发明公开了一种磁光透明陶瓷的制备方法和应用。本发明中,先进行纳米粉体的合成,称取氧化铽(Tb2O3)800份、氧化钇(Y2O3)170份和氧化镧(La2O3)40份分别溶于热硝酸,充分混合搅拌之后得到母液;进行沉淀剂的配制,量取碳酸氢铵1100份和氨水1000份,进行混合,之后混合溶液沉淀剂取出备用;使用了湿化学共沉淀法制备的纳米粉体的内部添加了氧化铽、氧化钇和氧化镧,提高了产品的透光率,同时使用了湿化学共沉淀法制备的生产成本低,设备简单易操作,不含烧结助剂、分散剂,安全环保,不易引入杂质,易于大规模生产,可制备大尺寸高光学质量的透明陶瓷等优点,制备出磁光陶瓷块体完整无裂纹且使得制得的磁光透明陶瓷具有更好的光泽度,提高了产品的良品率。
