Low-carbon durable pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a low-carbon durable pavement structure and a construction method thereof. The pavement structure comprises a roadbed transition bearing layer, a permeable layer, a composite functional layer, an anti-shearing deformation layer and a water sealing anti-sliding layer which are sequentially paved from bottom to top, wherein one or a combination of more than two of the composite functional layer, the anti-shear deformation layer and the water-sealing anti-skid layer contains a polyurethane component. Compared with the existing durable asphalt pavement, the pavement structure disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the fatigue cracking resistance, the high-temperature rutting resistance and the low-temperature cracking resistance are remarkably improved, the overall thickness of the pavement is reduced, and the development requirements of low carbon and durability of the pavement are considered.
本发明提供一种低碳耐久路面结构及其施工方法。该路面结构包括自下而上依次摊铺的路基过渡承重层,透层,复合功能层,抗剪切变形层以及封水抗滑层;其中,所述复合功能层,所述抗剪切变形层以及所述封水抗滑层中的一种或两种以上的组合中含有聚氨酯成分。本发明的路面结构的抗疲劳开裂能力、抗高温车辙能力和抗低温开裂能力较已有耐久性沥青路面得到显著提升,而且路面整体厚度得到减薄,兼顾了路面低碳与耐久性的发展需求。

The invention provides a low-carbon durable pavement structure and a construction method thereof.
