The invention discloses a platform stair type pedestrian gap bridge which comprises a gap bridge plate capable of stretching across a belt conveyor, supporting legs are installed at the four corners of the lower portion of the gap bridge plate, inclined ladders are installed at the two ends of the gap bridge plate respectively, hanging shafts are arranged on the side portions of the two ends of the gap bridge plate, and hooks are arranged at the top ends of the inclined ladders. The inclined ladder is mounted on a hanging shaft on the side part of the gap bridge plate through a hook at the top end. The technical problem that pedestrians cannot pass through the bridge easily in a narrow space in the prior art is solved.
