The device comprises a first steel template, a second steel template, a first water stop copper sheet, a second water stop copper sheet, a first wood template and a second wood template, the first steel formwork and the second steel formwork are arranged at intervals, and the opposite sides of the first steel formwork and the second steel formwork jointly define a U-shaped groove. The first water stop copper sheet is provided with two side wings which extend horizontally and a U-shaped convex part which protrudes from the middle part in the lateral direction, the U-shaped convex part is inserted into the U-shaped groove, and the second water stop copper sheet and the first water stop copper sheet are arranged in the same shape; one side of the first wood formwork is inserted into the concave position of the U-shaped convex part of the first water stop copper sheet, the other side of the first wood formwork abuts against the U-shaped convex part of the second water stop copper sheet, and one side of the second wood formwork is inserted into the concave position of the U-shaped convex part of the second water stop copper sheet.
