An integral type precast concrete rectangular channel joint water stop structure comprises a precast concrete rectangular channel body, a water stop groove, a water stop connecting piece, an inner surface backfill material and an inter-joint filling material, the water stop connecting piece is pre-buried in a joint part of a precast concrete rectangular channel, and when precast concrete members are spliced on site, the water stop connecting piece is pre-buried in the joint part of the precast concrete rectangular channel; through a unique welding method, the exposed part of the water stop connecting piece pre-embedded in the precast concrete member is welded to form a closed water stop structure, so that the rigid concrete structural joints are formed, the adverse effect of dislocation of different degrees between the members can be solved, and the reliable water stop effect between the joints can be achieved.
