The invention relates to a coastal silty soil and silty sand stratum vacuum preloading efficient anti-seepage anti-invasion slurry sealing wall and a preparation method thereof, the sealing wall comprises the following components: in-situ silty soil and silty sand, clay slurry and a functional material, the weight of the clay slurry is 20% of the weight of the in-situ silty soil and silty sand, and the weight of the functional material is 0.2-0.6% of the weight of the slurry. And the functional material is a polysaccharide coupling agent which is developed by adopting a polymer graft polymerization technology Grafted glycan. The function of the functional material is to significantly improve the cohesiveness of clay slurry, promote mutual wrapping and bonding of soil particles, enhance the leakproofness of the wall body, and further significantly improve the anti-permeability and anti-invasion performance of the sealing wall. During on-site construction, clay slurry mixed with the functional materials is pumped into a silt soil and silt stratum through a clay slurry stirrer, and a uniform slurry sealing wall system is formed through mechanical stirring. The permeability coefficient and the fine particle seepage erosion amount of the sealing wall can be remarkably reduced, the overall anti-permeability and anti-erosion performance of the sealing wall is remarkably enhanced, and the long-term service performance of the sealing wall is improved.
