Grouting method for cooperatively reinforcing large-scale weak intercalated layer-mother rock complex based on MICP-FR
The invention relates to a grouting method for cooperatively reinforcing a large-scale weak intercalated layer-mother rock complex based on MICP-FR. The grouting method comprises the following steps that S1, MICP-FR reinforcing grout is prepared, and fibers are prepared; s2, preparing a sample; s3, grouting reinforcement test process control; and reinforcing effect evaluation and reinforcing mechanism interpretation. The method comprises the following steps: preparing MICP-FR reinforcing slurry and fibers, selecting a plurality of groups of excellent proportions, and preparing weak intercalated layer-mother rock complex samples containing fibers with different lengths and quantities and fiber-free weak intercalated layer-mother rock complex samples serving as comparison samples through parameters of the excellent proportions; then the weak intercalated layer-mother rock complex sample is subjected to grouting reinforcement through the test device, an operable grouting method is provided for providing certain guidance for practical application, and the test device in the grouting method is simple in structure, ingenious in conception and high in practicability. The grouting device is suitable for a grouting test of a meter-scale large-scale weak intercalated layer-mother rock composite sample.
