The invention discloses a multifunctional portable grouting device which comprises a grouting unit, a reaction unit, a pressure applying unit, a stirring unit and a grouting nozzle. The grouting unit is connected with the reaction unit and injects grout into the reaction unit; the stirring unit is connected with the reaction unit in a matching manner and is used for stirring slurry in the reaction unit; the pressure applying unit is connected with the reaction unit in a matched manner and provides high-pressure driving for the interior of the reaction unit; the grouting nozzle is connected with the reaction unit in a matched mode, and grout in the reaction unit is sprayed through the grouting nozzle. According to the scheme, the grouting device is simple in structure, convenient to carry and easy to control by a single person, grouting operation in a small area can be met, and the applicability of the grouting device is greatly improved; and meanwhile, an integrated process of mixing, stirring and grouting can be completed for the grouting material formed by mixing multiple kinds of grout, and secondary transfer of the grouting material in a grouting project is avoided.
