Large foundation pit prestressed inclined pile supporting structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a large foundation pit prestressed inclined pile supporting structure and a construction method thereof. The supporting structure comprises a top ring beam, fender posts and prestressed inclined piles. The prestressed inclined pile is divided into three sections, namely an upper section pile, a middle section pile and a lower section pile; a pile tip is arranged at the bottom of the lower section pile; the top end of the upper section pile is inserted into the top ring beam; a water stop plate parallel to the cross section of the inclined pile is prefabricated at the bottom plate part, penetrating through the foundation pit, of the upper section pile; and the water stop plate is annularly welded with the bottom plate water stop steel plate and is poured together with the foundation pit bottom plate. The mature pile pressing technology is adopted, but the inclined piles are arranged in three sections, and the requirement for a construction site during small-angle construction is effectively lowered on the premise that the bearing strength of the supporting structure is guaranteed; the steel consumption is optimized while the bearing pressure of the inclined pile meets the requirement; and the prefabricated water stop plate in the pile body is tightly connected with the bottom plate water stop steel plate, so that the possibility of bottom plate leakage can be obviously reduced.
本发明公开了一种大型基坑预应力斜桩支护结构及其施工方法。所述支护结构,包括顶圈梁、围护桩和预应力斜桩;所述预应力斜桩分为上节桩、中节桩和下节桩的三段;所述下节桩底部设有桩尖;所述上节桩顶端插入所述顶圈梁;所述上节桩的穿基坑底板部预制有平行于斜桩截面的止水板;所述止水板与底板止水钢板环形焊接,并和所述基坑底板浇筑在一起。本发明采用成熟的压桩工艺,但斜桩分三段布置,在保证支护结构承压强度的前提下,有效降低小角度施工时对施工场地的要求;保证斜桩承压力满足要求的同时优化钢材用量;桩体内预制止水板与底板止水钢板紧密连接,能显著减少底板渗漏的可能。
