The invention discloses a construction and design method of a newly-built foundation pit support structure adjacent to an existing foundation pit. According to the newly-built foundation pit support structure, a support pile adjacent to an excavated foundation pit is used as a part of a newly-built foundation pit support pile; the fender posts are used as a retaining structure of an excavated foundation pit (1) and a retaining structure of a newly-built foundation pit (4); the fender posts are connected with the enclosure structure of the newly-built foundation pit through inner supports; the fender posts are connected with structural columns of an excavated foundation pit through supporting oblique beams. The invention provides a design and calculation method for the axial force of a shared fender post inclined support. According to the construction method, fender posts close to an excavated foundation pit serve as fender posts of a newly-built foundation pit, and the shared fender posts (2) are connected with a newly-built foundation pit enclosure system through horizontal supports (3) and connected with structural columns of the excavated foundation pit through supporting oblique beams. The method has the characteristics of cost saving, convenience in construction and contribution to safety and stability of the foundation pit.
