The invention discloses a deep-layer anti-seepage structure and anti-seepage method for a sandy soil stratum underground diaphragm wall joint. The deep-layer anti-seepage structure comprises an outer vertical pipe and an inner vertical pipe arranged in the outer vertical pipe. A vertical opening is formed in one side of the outer vertical pipe and can make contact with the left side and the right side of a joint on the side, used for excavating a basement, of the underground diaphragm wall. The outer vertical pipe is provided with a plurality of pressure water inlet groups which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, each pressure water inlet group comprises at least three pressure water inlets which are circumferentially distributed along the cross section of the outer vertical pipe, and a leakage water pipe is arranged between each pressure water inlet and the inner vertical pipe; the method has the advantages that leakage can be effectively prevented from occurring at the joint of the underground diaphragm wall, and piping is avoided.
