The invention discloses an adjusting device of a road inspection well cover. The adjusting device is suitable for adjusting the height position of the road inspection well cover, the road inspection well cover comprises an inspection well cover outer ring and a manhole cover plate used for detachably covering the inspection well cover outer ring, and the adjusting device comprises an adjusting nut used for being installed on the inspection well cover outer ring; and the adjusting screw rod is screwed and matched with the adjusting nut. According to the scheme, when the height position of the road inspection well cover is adjusted, firstly, the manhole cover plate is opened from the inspection well cover outer ring, then the adjusting screw rod is screwed, and the adjusting screw rod is screwed in or out of the adjusting nut, so that the inspection well cover outer ring is driven to move in the height direction, and finally the height position of the road inspection well cover is adjusted.
