The invention discloses a filling frame which comprises frame columns and frame beams connected with the frame columns. The frame columns and the frame beams are connected with the floor slabs through the connecting accessories, the self-resetting infilled wall is installed in a frame formed by the frame columns, the frame beams and the floor slabs, and the energy dissipation pieces used for improving the anti-seismic toughness are installed between the self-resetting infilled wall and the frame columns. The modular prefabricating and assembling method for the filling frame comprises the steps that the frame columns, the frame beams and the reset filling walls are prefabricated, and the modules are selected according to the requirements of site construction to complete assembling of the modules. The extension effect of the frame beam is effectively reduced, the deformation discordance situation between the frame beam and the floor slab is improved, and the seismic toughness of the structure is improved. All the components of the recoverable filling frame can be prefabricated and produced in a factory, a dry connection mode is adopted for assembly on site, only a small amount of grouting treatment is needed, the crane time is greatly shortened, and the on-site safety is guaranteed.
